The story
I built the original drtegoclinic.co.uk website and when Dr Tego came to me with the plan for a rebrand and redesign I jumped at the chance.
I chose to build the site with editability in mind, therefore I chose to use the Wagtail stack. Wagtail is a CMS framework built ontop of Django. I was very familiar with Django and chose to go into and learn what Wagtail is all about.
I connected a postgres table to wagtail's built in API for the backend and for the frontend I just used simple HTML, tailwind CSS and vanilla JS for the most part.
The site is deployed on my private VPS alongside this site.
